1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website or application. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels; where this policy says 'cookies', it covers those technologies too.

2. Categories we use

• Necessary: sign-in, session management, security and language choice. The application does not work without them and no consent is required.
• Functional: remembering preferences such as view settings, filters and form drafts.
• Analytics: aggregated statistics on page usage so we can improve the website and the CRM.
• Marketing and tracking: measuring campaign and landing page performance and recognising website visitors. These are only set after your consent.

3. Tracking and visitor identification

PlusGrowth CRM offers a feature that identifies business website visitors based on IP and company data through our sub-processor LeadBoxer. This feature runs on our customers' websites, not on your browser by default.

For our own marketing we measure which landing pages, ads and emails lead to sign-ups. We never link this data to customer CRM content.

4. Legal basis and retention

Necessary and functional cookies rely on our legitimate interest in delivering the service. Analytics, marketing and tracking cookies are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies are kept for a maximum of 12 months unless a shorter period is listed below.

• Clear the stored data for crm.plusgrowth.eu to reset your earlier choice; you will be asked again on your next visit.
• Enable 'Do Not Track' or tracking protection in your browser; we honour that signal for analytics and marketing cookies.
• Inside the CRM you manage tracking and integration settings via Settings › Integrations.
• Email privacy@plusgrowth.eu to update your preferences or submit an access/erasure request.
